  
 Our Shoppe is filled with all sorts of "things". But now we are thrilled to offer THE THING for sale. An "object based quarterly publication" created by artists Jonn Herschend and Will Rogan, THE THING creatively combines a typical object (a shoe, a doorstop, a window shade) with text. Issue #7 was conceived by one of our favorite authors, Jonathan Lethem, who has put his words on a stunning pair of glasses (also known as a "Chaldron Optical System") designed by Selima Salaun of Selima Optique, and Matt Singer.
Issue #7 consists of a glasses case, a pair of clear glasses with text on each arm, and a care and maintenance manual in both English and French.
